Of course I would like to get more in depth into this and mention all the people in my life.

I will save that for another post. But the one thing that gets me going each day has got to be…

I do not know about you, but I like my MILO® icy cold with lots and lots of ice.

Drinking iced MILO® just makes me feel so fresh!

It’s almost like I am sinking in Antarctic Ocean!

MILO® is indeed my favourite energy drink. In fact,  I grew up with MILO®. My mum never failed to prepare a complete breakfast for me and my siblings early in the morning before we went to school. And I remember always choosing MILO® over milk for breakfast each time.

And why do these cuties choose MILO® for breakfast?

 

There are just so many good reasons to drink MILO®.

And now that I am a mummy too, it’s my turn to give the same nutritional goodness that I have had before to my darling daughters.

My Nadyas can never go through a day without their MILO® too. Open up the fridge, and there will always be MILO® packets. Open up the cabinet and there will always be tins and sachets of MILO®. Should they run out of MILO®, they will go straight to me to remind me to buy more MILO for them.

“Mummy, no more MILO® packet!”

“Mummy, please go to the supermarket today because there is no more MILO® for us to drink in the evening.”

“Eh. You take my MILO® ah?”

So cute right? Kids fighting over MILO®.

The girls’ breakfast will never be complete without MILO®.  I am just glad that my girls take their breakfast seriously every morning. A good breakfast will fuel you up and get you ready for the day. Kids who eat breakfast in the morning will have more energy and thus do better  in school. They will also tend to snack less, and eat healthier. People who do not eat breakfast are often easily irritated, restless and tired.

And oh, if you think that skipping breakfast will help you to lose weight, then you are so wrong! In fact, people who eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight. Want to know why? That’s because when you skip breakfast, you are more likely to get famished before lunchtime, and that will result in you snacking on high-calorie foods or overeating at lunch.
