Live Well. Laugh Often. Love Much.

It’s okay to be overprotective.

 Read on.

I attended the AXA SmartFamily Media Launch the other day with my husband and girls.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how entertaining the media launch was. The various services offered by AXA SmartFamily were explained to the audience via a game show and short skits.

The game show which was hosted by Adrian Pang, featured local celebrities Suhaimi Yusof and Beatrice Chia as the contestants, alongside two very funny kids!

Basically they needed to battle it out by answering questions related to the personal accident plan which AXA is offering.

Very tough you know, the questions?

This is an example.

My answer would have been D!

The skits by local artistes on the other hand, depicted the types of coverage that the personal accident plan offers.

Needless to say, we kept on laughing and laughing, and that somehow made me and the girls 100% attentive too to the various services offered by AXA SmartFamily! If you know me well, you will also know that it is very difficult to get me to stay attentive for more than 5 minutes. LOL.

Okay time to get serious a bit.

When a serious accident happens to any of us, it is definitely something unexpected.

  • What to do?
  • Where to go?
  • Who to look for?
  • How to?

None of us prepares or expects to get into an accident, but they can happen to anyone. It can happen to me. It can happen to you. It can even happen to the one most precious to you.

Needless to say, it will cause major daily lifestyle disruptions. Worrying about finances, post hospital recuperation, and kids’ transport to and fro school will just be some of them.

It is only human nature for most of us to not plan for the unexpected. But what most of us also fail to realize is that it only takes one accident to leave you with hefty medical bills that can quickly eat up your life savings and whathaveyous. Besides worrying about them, you need to also focus on your road to recovery.

With these in mind, AXA SmartFamily is designed to help smoothen these daily disruptions during various stages of recovery so that you can be rest assured that you AND YOUR FAMILY will always be looked after, whatever happens.

On top of financial coverage, the 8 services offered by AXA SmartFamily are:

What it means?

Before I end the post, let’s watch this very interesting video!

So what is this video about?

Two teams comprising of parents and seasoned product design experts are gathered to re-design the safest household products frequently used by parents and children. Parents are then asked to pick their favourite design from the two teams.

The designs from the video will be made into prototypes and displayed via an outdoor exhibition event at Serangoon Nex from 28 September to 4 October 2015!
